How to Use

Apply cleanser over wet face and work into lather, avoiding eye area. Rinse with water and pat dry. Can be used twice daily or as directed by a physician.

Twice daily is best for removing dirt, oil and debris.
If there is a reason to wash more such as over perspiration due to a work out session or to remove product or dirt from your face. Otherwise, over washing more than twice a day is not a good idea.
