  • Returns and Exchanges

    Online Purchase Policy. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your product purchase please first call our Customer Service Team at (480) 710-0226. A licensed experienced Aesthetician would be more than happy to provide you with a customized routine and product recommendations based on your skin type and concerns.

    Skincession stands behind our products. However, at this time, we do not accept returns on any skincare product, used or unused. All sales are final when purchased directly from the website. We want everyone to be well informed and happy with their products. When in doubt, or have questions, contact us via email before purchasing any online products at (skincession@gmail.com) Once we receive your email message we will respond within 24-48 hours via email

  • Shipping

    Processing times. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped. During sales and in rare instances, we can experience backlogs that result in shipping delays of up to one week.

    Domestic and expedited shipping costs. Standard Domestic Orders (U.S., not including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) are shipped USPS or FedEx and are shipped to addresses within the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).

    Skincession offers free USPS Economy shipping for Domestic Orders over $140.

    $5.99 Standard Shipping (5-7 days) - We will send the tracking number to the email address you provide in your order. However once items are shipped from our location and a tracking number is provided, Skincession is no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if a shipment is damaged or does not end up in the buyer's possession.

    $26.99 Expedited Shipping (1-2 days) - Orders are shipped via FedEx for next-day delivery by 4:30 PM MT and are shipped to addresses within the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes). Orders must be placed by 12:30 PM MT in order to arrive the next business day. These orders will be trackable by FedEx. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working business day. Orders placed on Friday by 12:30 PM MT will be processed for Monday delivery.

    International shipping costs and information. Not offered at this time. Check back later in the future.

  • Cancellations

    We appreciate a 24-hour cancellation notice. A $35.00 charge will be added to your next appt. if you do not cancel within a minimum of 12 hours before your scheduled appt. We are happy to hear from you via text or call and leave a message. We understand last minute things come up and there may be a small window of time to cancel, but every effort goes a long way and is much appreciated.

  • Rescheduling

    Appointments can be rescheduled online or by text within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are not able to cancel within 24 hours, please call or text us to reschedule your appt.
